Soy sauce (or gluten free soy sauce*)
Unsweetened soy milk

Heat a pan that has been brushed on the base and sides with cold-pressed virgin olive oil.
Add water and mushrooms, soy sauce or gluten free soy sauce* and unsweetened soy milk.
Cook on a low heat.
